Test-drive the "Waiter Check-In" model:

  1. In the **Guest Mobile View** (right pane), press "Browse digital menu", add any dishes, view the cart, and click "Send Order...".
  2. Watch the **Staff Dashboard** (left pane) instantly register the ticket in the **Verification Queue** (Awaiting Verification) with a sound cue.
  3. In the left pane, click the gold "Verify & Send to Kitchen" check-in button (simulating a waiter walking by).
  4. Observe the mobile client on the right **instantly shift** its tracking timeline to **"Kitchen Preparation"** in real-time!
